ABOUT ME

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Hi there! I’m Shawna and my quest to become the person I am today began with a simple desire: to feel my best.

Through three pregnancies and a total of 225 pounds gained and lost over 11 years, I’ve unlocked the secret to living and loving a healthy lifestyle and I cant wait to share it with you.

I’ve been in your shoes, struggling with what to eat and how much, using food and alcohol to manage big emotions, trying every diet and workout under the sun looking for the perfect one. But here’s what I’ve discovered:  it’s about creating lasting behaviors that suit your unique life.

Working in the fitness industry since 2005 I have been a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and CrossFit trainer.

In 2016, I embraced my Healthy Mom Era, shedding the last 30 pounds through lifestyle change, mindset improvements, and strength training. In 2023 I became a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Today I get to use my extensive personal and professional experience to help individuals like you achieve their health and wellness goals.

Outside of coaching, my husband and I are outdoor enthusiasts, from camping and rafting California rivers to hiking and backpacking in the Sierra. We’ve also expanded our blended family of 5 kids to include a son-in-law and two grandsons!

I value daily walks, strength training, meaningful conversations, doing hard things, sleeping like my health depends on it, and surrounding myself with people who value their health and wellness.

As a health and wellness coach, I value collaborative conversations with my clients, autonomy, and helping you create habits that include systems and strategies that work for your unique life situation. You’re never alone on this journey; I’m here every step of the way to guide and support you, providing accountability when you need it the most. I’m committed to helping you become your self-determined best.
